Welcome to Lotta Cash. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Lotta Cash. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account, use bots or automated play where it gives an unfair advantage, exploit bugs for profit, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Games & Credits Balance

Credits are a tracked balance used on the platform for entertainment games (e.g. blackjack, keno, mines, cases). Games may use client-side logic for demonstration; outcomes are not guaranteed to match any physical casino. Per-game wagers are capped at 10,000 credits ($100.00 USD face value) unless we post otherwise. The following are prohibited:

• Using scripts, bots, or coordinated abuse to manipulate balances or withdrawals
• Chargebacks or payment disputes used to reclaim lost wagers
• Attempting to interfere with other users, staff, or platform infrastructure

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of balances pending review.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed manually within 24–48 hours where available. We may delay or deny withdrawals for fraud review. Credits have no cash value outside Lotta Cash until a withdrawal is approved. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method.

5. Valuation

Your balance is tracked at 100 credits = $1.00 USD face value unless we specify otherwise. Credits are not transferable between accounts. Unused balances may expire after extended inactivity as stated in your account notices.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party payment or infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages on their systems. Disputes about a completed withdrawal should be directed to support with your reference details.

7. Referral Program

Referral bonuses may be offered at our discretion. Referral fraud — including self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse — may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, balances may be forfeited subject to applicable law. You may close your account by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lotta Cash is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or specific game availability. Our liability is limited to the credits balance in your account at the time of a dispute, except where law does not allow such a limit.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
