Lotta Cash ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you create an account and use Lotta Cash, we collect:
- Account data: Email address, username, and password (hashed by Firebase Authentication)
- Profile data: Credits balance, transaction history, withdrawal requests, referral code
- Usage data: Login timestamps, IP address, browser/device type (logged by Firebase)
- Referral data: If you signed up via a referral link, we store the referring user's referral code
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate your account and track your credits balance
- To process withdrawal requests
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To attribute referral bonuses correctly
- To send transactional emails (e.g. withdrawal confirmations)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication and database — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Hosting / payments: If we add payment processors or analytics, their policies will be listed here.
4. Cookies
We use Firebase Authentication session cookies to keep you logged in. You can clear site data in your browser at any time; you will need to sign in again.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction and withdrawal records are kept for 7 years for financial compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — note that transaction logs may be retained for compliance purposes.
6. Your Rights

7. Security
Passwords are hashed by Firebase and never stored in plain text. Communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to the database is restricted via Firebase security rules.
8. Children's Privacy
Lotta Cash is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
